WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a future stay with us up to one year after original reservation. There is no cancellation fee, but notice is appreciated.

HOW BIG ARE THE KENNEL SPACES?

Classic Kennels are 4’ x 4’ x 4’
Deluxe Kennels are 4’ x 6’
Grand Luxury Suites are 4’ x 6’
The remaining suites vary in size and can be shown in pictures online or via tour

WHAT DOES THE SUITE COME WITH / WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

The kennel comes with a raised bed, a food bowl and a water bowl. You may bring bedding to rest on top of the provided bed and toys larger than a golf ball. Special eating behavioral bowls are permitted.

All dry food must be separated into individually bagged meals for the entirety of the pet’s stay.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

The house food is the Black Gold brand at no extra charge. If the pet is known to have allergies or a sensitive stomach, we suggest bringing their own food and treats. For new clients, we require their own food be provided for maximum comfort during their first stay.

We do not carry house wet food. Special diets (anything outside of regular dry and wet food) are $2 per meal throughout their stay.

We have a refrigerator for foods that require it.

CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATIONS?

Yes. We can apply ointments/powders, eye/ear drops, and give pills. We do not administer injections. Upon arrival we need to record all medications, how often
and when they need to be administered on their feeding sheet. All pills must be placed in a pill box, not in bags. All medications are $1.50 per administration.

HOW OFTEN DOES MY DOG GO OUTSIDE?

All dogs go outside at least 4 times daily for about 15-20 minutes at a time at approximately 8 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM and 6 PM. If you desire for your dog to play all day we have a Boarding Daycamp service for $20 extra per day!

WILL MY DOG GET TO SOCIALIZE WITH OTHER DOGS?

For a one time $30 fee, we can evaluate your dog for socialization. The evaluation includes testing for kennel aggression, simple staff handling and monitoring dog-to-dog behavior.

CAN I SEE WHERE THEY WILL BE STAYING?

You are more than welcome to come view the facility in its entirety. We do make appointments for tours. Call us today to schedule yours!

WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo and Rabies are required for boarding, playing in daycare and/or grooming for dogs.

Rabies, Distemper and a negative Feline Leukemia test result are required to board cats.

WHAT IS THE SPAY AND NEUTER POLICY?

We accept non-neutered and non-spayed dogs for boarding as long as the females are not in heat. All Day Camp participants over 6 months of age must be neutered and spayed.

CAN I BRING MY PET'S BED?

We provide a comfortable raised Koranda Beds for every dog. Guests are welcome to bring bedding from home, as long is it can comfortably fit in their suite and is easy to clean/sanitize.

WILL MY DOG NEED A BATH?

We recommend a bath for your dog before they go home. Remember they will be playing outside, inside, and very often. See check-in sheet for grooming fees. A bath  is required for guests staying 7 nights or longer.
