Safe and Reliable Dog Transportation

Our Bus Service takes the stress away from having to get your dog to and from the facility. Each dog is safely secured in a crate during transport. All of our drivers have passed a background check and have a clean driving history. Our climate-controlled buses get routine maintenance and are cleaned and sanitized daily.

Dog Crates

Our shuttle is equipped with a kennel system built specifically for our van. They feature durable material with safety and comfort in mind. Each kennel is sanitized between transports.

Doggy Bus Ramp

Our shuttle is carefully designed for safe and secure rides. We include an easy and quick walk up inside the van through a mobile ramp. No need for steps or jumping, just a safe entry and exit for all sized dogs.

Music To Soothe

We know a new ride can be stressful. We include a mix of classical and calming music to play throughout the van to help keep dogs relaxed. This, combined with spaces that are closed off to their neighboring pet riding the van help to create a calm space.

Upon arrival we have our kennel and daycare staff check your dogs in and ensure the are arrive safely to their destination.

Shuttle Transport FAQs

Currently service James City County and immediate surrounding areas within a 15-20 minute drive. We can accomodate rides outside of this service area as space is available. These services may incur additional costs. Call us to learn more.

That’s perfectly fine! Many of our customers provide us with access codes or keys to ensure a smooth and secure process. We will work with you to discuss safe entry options for your dog’s first pick-up, allowing us to securely attach a lead before bringing them outside to the bus. On our first pickup, we ask that you are home to go over entry and drop off instructions with the driver to ensure safety for all. After the initial day you do not need to be present for pick-ups or drop-offs. For your dogs safety, it is essential they are secured inside your home upon drop off. Please note we will not leave a dog unattended in a yard, as we always prioritize their safety and wellbeing.

Pick-up and drop-off services are available Monday through Friday, with the following time windows: Pick up between 7:30-9:30; Drop off is between 4:00-6:00. Due to traffic and daily route changes, we are unable to provide an exact arrival time for your dog's pick up and drop off. Instead, we give you a designated time window to expect our arrival. To keep you informed, you will receive a text notification from our driver when they are approaching your home so you can be prepared.
