Online Reservations
Our online reservations are handled through Propet. ProPet provides the ability to directly book your stay in our system through a secure server. If this is your first time booking with us, you will need to create an account. If you have already registered, please use your existing customer login. Reservation is not confirmed until we call you and receive your deposit.
First Time Clients
- Create an Account with ProPet and complete an online reservation. If you would like to complete a reservation over the phone, our number is (757) 220-2880. We'd be happy to help!
- We will need shot records including: Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo and Rabies, faxed to (757) 220-0094 or emailed to caring@williamsburgpetresort.com
- Fill out our “Boarding Contract.” This can be faxed or emailed ahead of time or brought to our facility at time of check in
- A representative from The Pet Resort at Greensprings will call the phone number provided in your profile to collect a non-refundable deposit equal to a one-night stay of the accommodations you chose. This will secure your reservation with us. We accept VISA/Mastercard, checks or cash.

- Login to our ProPet system to make your online reservation.
- Check to see that your pet’s shot records are up to date. If needed, updated shot records need to be faxed to (757) 220-0094 or emailed to caring@williamsburgpetresort.com
- A representative from The Pet Resort at Greensprings will call the phone number provided or email in your profile to confirm your reservation.
