Reservations

Our online reservations are handled through Paw Partner where you can directly book your stay in our system through a secure server. If this is your first time booking with us, you will need to create an account. If you have already registered, please use your existing customer login. Reservation is not confirmed until we call and/or email you.

We recognize the important work you do in our community and offer discounts to first responders & teachers.

First Time Clients

1. Create an Account with Paw Partner and complete an online reservation. If you would like to complete a reservation over the phone, our number is (757) 220-2880. We'd be happy to help!

2. We will need shot records including:

  • Bordetella
  • Distemper/Parvo
  • Rabies

faxed to (757) 220-0094 or emailed to [email protected]


3. You will receive an email from Paw Partner with a confirmation for boarding or notification if there is a waitlist; our staff will be happy to help you make a reservation over the phone AFTER an account has been created. If you are having any trouble with the system, please call and we will be happy to help you. We accept VISA/Mastercard, American Express, checks, Apple Pay or cash

Established Clients

1. Login to our Paw Partner system to make your online reservation.

2. Check to see that your pet’s shot records are up to date. If needed, updated shot records need to be faxed to (757) 220-0094 or emailed to [email protected]


3. A representative from The Pet Resort at Greensprings will call the phone number provided or email in your profile to confirm your reservation.
